At Marathon Futurex, we continue to focus on the details that make the workplace safer, cleaner, more efficient and future-ready. This quarter, our efforts covered sustainability, monsoon preparedness, hygiene and essential infrastructure maintenance.

Recycling Made Easier

We installed a reverse vending machine at the Foodcourt to make responsible recycling more convenient for everyone at Futurex. This initiative encourages occupants to dispose of recyclable waste thoughtfully and supports our larger commitment to a cleaner, more environmentally conscious workplace.

Ready for the Rains

Tree trimming was carried out across the premises as part of our monsoon preparedness measures. By clearing overgrown branches and maintaining open areas, we helped improve safety and ensured the landscape remains better managed through the rainy season.

Cleaner Utility Zones

Fogging was carried out in the basements and utility areas to support hygiene and pest-control readiness during the monsoon. Regular preventive measures like these help us maintain cleaner service areas and a healthier overall building environment.

Power Systems, Well Maintained

Transformer oil filtration work was completed as part of scheduled electrical maintenance at Futurex. This helps improve the performance and reliability of our electrical infrastructure, supporting smoother day-to-day operations across the building.
