FUTUREX PULSE
January to March, 2026
A quarter focused on safety, preparedness and community engagement at Futurex
The first quarter of 2026 at Futurex was marked by initiatives that reflected two important aspects of a thriving workplace environment — safety preparedness and occupant engagement. From a large-scale evacuation mock drill that reinforced emergency readiness, to a vibrant flea market that brought energy and interaction into the lobby, the quarter reflected Futurex’s continued commitment to creating a more dynamic and well-rounded experience that is prepared, engaging and occupant-focused.
Evacuation Mock Drill Conducted at Futurex

As part of its continued focus on life safety and emergency preparedness, an Evacuation Mock Drill was successfully conducted at Futurex on 27 February 2026.
The session was carried out between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, with the participation of 4,802 occupants across the building. The evacuation was completed in 14 minutes and 10 seconds, reflecting strong coordination, awareness between occupants, emergency response teams and building management.
Mock drills such as these are an essential part of maintaining a safe and prepared environment. They help familiarize occupants with evacuation procedures, exit routes, assembly protocols and response measures to be followed in the event of an emergency. The successful execution of this drill was a result of disciplined participation and coordinated planning and it reinforced the importance of readiness at every level.
Such exercises not only strengthen safety systems, but also build confidence among occupants by ensuring that emergency processes are well understood and can be carried out efficiently when required.
Flea Market at the Futurex Lobby

Adding a lively and engaging touch to the quarter, a Flea Market was organized at the Futurex Lobby on 17th and 18th March 2026.
Over the course of two days, the lobby transformed into a refreshingly vibrant and interactive space, offering occupants an enjoyable break from their regular workday routine. The flea market created a cheerful atmosphere within the building and encouraged people to step out, explore, interact and experience a different side of the workplace environment.

Events like these play an important role in enhancing the overall occupant experience at Futurex. They bring variety to the work setting, create moments of interaction and contribute to a more connected and lively ecosystem within the campus. The flea market was a welcome addition to the quarter and added a sense of energy and community to the common spaces.
Quarter Reflection
Together, these initiatives highlighted Futurex’s ongoing commitment to creating a workplace that is not only efficient and well-managed, but also safe, engaging and people-centric.
While the evacuation mock drill underscored the importance of preparedness and coordinated response, the flea market brought warmth, activity and community spirit into the building. Both initiatives, in different ways, contributed to making Futurex a more responsive and enriching environment for its occupants.
As we move into the next quarter, Futurex remains committed to fostering experiences that support both operational excellence and everyday dynamic workplace engagement.
