Antilia at Marathon Nexzone Receives Occupation Certificate – Phase 1 Now Fully Complete

Marathon Group is pleased to announce that Antilia, the 12th and final tower in Phase 1 of its flagship township Marathon Nexzone in Panvel, has received the Occupation Certificate (OC).
With this milestone, all 12 towers in Phase 1 are now complete and ready for possession. Over 2500 homes have been delivered, and a fresh wave of residents is set to move in over the coming weeks.
