Marathon Nextgen Realty July-September net profit Rs 67 crore, up 35%
Realty developer Marathon Nextgen Realty has reported its highest-ever quarterly profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 67 crore for the second quarter ended September, marking a 35% year-on-year increase.
The company achieved a net profit margin of 43%, supported by execution and steady project progress, the developer said in its earnings release.
Total revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 155 crore, a 6% decline from a year ago, while operating profit rose 29% to Rs 80 crore. For the first half of FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs 346 crore, up 2% from a year ago, and net profit of Rs 128 crore, up 47%.
The company’s CMD Chetan Shah attributed the quarter’s performance was driven by efficiency, financial prudence, and project execution.
“Booking value saw good growth, and we continued to maintain healthy collections, ensuring a steady cash-flow position…With a debt-free balance sheet and visible progress across our projects, we are confident of sustaining this momentum,” he said.
Shah said the Mumbai Metropolitan Region market continues to show resilience, backed by strong end-user demand and improving infrastructure.
During the quarter, the company sold 65,845 sq ft of area, up 18% from a year ago, with booking value rising 29% to Rs 166 crore. Collections stood at Rs 191 crore, up 5%. For the first half of the year, Marathon Nextgen sold 1.43 lakh sq ft, with booking value of Rs 349 crore and collections of Rs 430 crore.
