Clubhouse Closure:
All clubhouse facilities are strictly closed on Mondays for weekly maintenance and deep cleaning.

Access & Verification:
Facility access is strictly restricted to residents with active app registration/membership cards and verified photo ID. Membership is restricted to residents; tenanted flats allow either the owner OR tenant active access, not both.

Guest Policy:
Guests must be registered at reception/app, accompanied by a resident, and are subject to guest fees. Event/banquet guests are restricted to the booked venue and cannot use other amenities; unauthorized usage will incur a ₹500 fine per instance.

Guest Charges:
₹300 for 3 hours for one facility.
₹500 for 3 hours using multiple facility
₹800 for a day using the whole facility for the whole day.

Prohibited Items & Substances:
Alcohol, tobacco, gutkha, vaping, gambling, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Spitting or chewing tobacco anywhere on the premises carries an immediate ₹5,000 fine.

Damages & Financial Liability:
Members are fully responsible for any deliberate or accidental damage to equipment or property. Repair/replacement costs will be billed directly or deducted from security deposits.

Supervision:
Children under 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times across all sports and common areas.

Operating Hours:
Tuesday to Sunday: 6 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 10 PM. (Continuous operations; closed Mondays).

Safety & Lifeguard:
Follow lifeguard instructions immediately. Diving, running, and horseplay are forbidden.

Hygiene & Dress Code:
Mandatory pre-entry shower and footwear removal on the deck. Mandatory Nylon/Lycra swim attire, swimming caps, and goggles (no cotton or shower caps). Infants under 3 must wear swim nappies.

Restrictions:
No alcohol, food, or drinks on the deck. Users with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious conditions are barred from entry. Glass item prohibited on the deck.

Operating Hours:
Tuesday to Sunday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Closed Mondays).

Age Limit:
Minors under 15 are not permitted. Ages 15–17 require adult supervision or a signed parental consent form on file.

Footwear & Attire:
Dedicated, clean non-marking indoor gym shoes are mandatory (must be carried into the facility and changed inside). Street shoes, denim, slippers, or bare feet are prohibited.

Equipment Etiquette:
Bring a personal sweat towel; wipe down equipment after use.

Always re-rack weights.
Do not drop weights or move machinery. Limit cardio machines to 15 minutes during peak hours.

Personal Training:
Members may only receive personal training from in-house trainers; outside trainers are strictly prohibited. In the event of an injury or physiotherapy requirement, prior management approval must be obtained via email.

Footwear:
Non-marking court shoes are compulsory. Outdoor shoes, street footwear, black-soled shoes, or bare feet are strictly prohibited on court.

Punctuality & Gear:
Please vacate the court promptly at the end of your booked slot so the next players can start on time. Players are asked to bring their own rackets and shuttles, though rentals are available at the clubhouse desk.

Coaching & Guidelines:
Only in-house trainers are permitted for coaching; external trainers are not allowed. Access to the training facility requires payment of the academy charges. All personal training sessions must be taken with an in-house trainer.

Players are asked to bring their own equipment, though paddles can be rented and balls can be purchased at the clubhouse desk. Facility-provided paddles and equipment must be handled with care and returned to the attendant after play. Please vacate the court promptly at the end of your booked slot so the next players can start on time.

Coaching & Guidelines:
Only in-house trainers are permitted for coaching; external trainers are not allowed. Access to the training facility requires payment of the academy charges. All personal training sessions must be taken with an in-house trainer.

Safety & Weather:
Play will be suspended during heavy rain or lightning and resumed only after an all-clear is given. Do not hang heavy items on the fencing or net mesh.

Footwear:
Running shoes and rubber-studded turf shoes are allowed. Metal spikes, formal shoes, or bare feet are strictly prohibited.

Cleanliness & Equipment:
Food and coloured beverages are prohibited on the turf surface. Ensure all personal equipment and balls are collected at the end of your slot.

Booking & Security:
Must be reserved in advance via the resident app with full payment and a refundable security deposit cheque prior to the event.

Hours & Noise:
All teardown and clearing must conclude by 11:00 PM. Amplified music/sound systems must not exceed local decibel limits and must be shut off by 10:00 PM (no audio systems over 1000W RMS allowed).

Catering & Fire Safety:
Outside catering is strictly prohibited; the Ileseum team will provide three catering options to choose from. Open flames, fireworks, and pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden inside closed venues. Additionally, alcohol service requires an official liquor license to be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Decorations:
Only freestanding items or wall-safe masking tape are permitted. Nailing, staples, party poppers, glitter, and snow sprays are strictly prohibited. Stagesetups/ photo booth must be installed with care, as any damage to the floor tiles will be deducted from the security deposit.

Membership & Access:
Access to the Kids Play Area is strictly limited to members of Marathon Nextown. Non-members are not permitted.

Operating Hours & Cleaning Schedule:
Morning Session: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Entry is strictly prohibited during the cleaning window to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the children.

Strict Shoe Policy:
NO SHOES ALLOWED, Footwear of any kind (including slippers and sandals) is strictly prohibited inside the Kids Play Area. All adults and children must remove their shoes at the entrance before stepping onto the play surface. Socks are mandatory for both children and guardians for hygiene and safety.

Age Requirement & Supervision:
This facility is designed for children under 5 years of age. Children must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children at all times.

Food & Beverages:
Food and snacks are strictly prohibited inside the play area to maintain hygiene. Water bottles are allowed but must be kept in designated storage areas.

Equipment & Play Etiquette:
Please handle toys and equipment with care. Do not remove any items from the room. Avoid rough play. Maintain a friendly and respectful environment for all children.• Personal Belongings & Liability: Parents/Guardians are responsible for their own and their children’s belongings. Membership

Residents can enjoy complimentary access to Club Nex for a period of one year, commencing from 15th September.
For tenants, an annual membership fee of ₹7,500/- will be applicable.
