Structure Work: The main RCC (concrete) structure of the building is now fully completed up to the terrace level.

Masonry & Flooring: All internal blockwork and flooring have been completed up to the 30th floor.

Wall Finishing: Gypsum and cement plastering work is done on all floors, ensuring smooth, finished walls ready for painting and interiors.

Railings & Fixtures: MS railings are fully installed for added safety. Work on polishing the main doors and finishing window frames is actively underway on multiple floors.

Waterproofing & Kitchens: Waterproofing and kitchen platform installations have been completed up to the 30th floor, preparing homes for the next stage of interiors.

Fire Safety: The entire firefighting system has been fully installed across the building to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Exterior Look: External painting is 85% complete, giving the tower its final appearance and adding to the overall aesthetic.

Elevators: Lift installation work is 75% complete, and soon all floors will have smooth and convenient access.
