The entire concrete structure is complete right up to the 28th floor.
Inside, walls, flooring, and plastering are finished till the 27th floor — the homes are really taking shape now.
Plumbing lines and kitchen platforms are also done up to the 27th floor.
Safety comes first — the firefighting system has been fully installed, and even inspected by the Chief Fire Officer.
Elevators are 95% complete, so very soon all floors will be easily accessible.
The building already looks stunning — the exterior painting is fully done.
On the terrace, waterproofing work is complete, keeping the building safe from leaks for years to come.
The entrance lobby is getting its finishing touches with deep cleaning underway.
We’ve applied for the Occupation Certificate (OC). Once it’s received, we’ll move quickly to add the final bathroom fittings like hand showers and other CP fixtures.

The entire RCC concrete structure is 100% complete, including the main superstructure.
Walls and internal plumbing (concealed pipes) are fully done up to the 27th floor.
Staircase flooring has been completed till the 27th floor, making movement inside the tower smooth and safe.
The firefighting and alarm systems are fully installed and ready — your safety is always our top priority.
Waterproofing work is complete till the 27th floor, ensuring long-term durability and leak protection.
Inside the homes, the first coat of wall putty is done, and painting work is already in progress.
Door hardware fitting (locks, handles, etc.) is underway.
Toilet window materials have been delivered and are being installed.
Tiling work inside homes is completed, adding the final touches to the interiors.
Elevators are fully installed and ready for use.
The entrance lobby is also complete, giving a polished look to the tower’s welcome space.

The entire RCC structure, including the 28th floor slab and terrace slab, is fully completed — along with the foundation and plinth.
Ground floor work is fully finished.
Inside the homes, flooring is completed till the 27th floor, making the interiors feel almost move-in ready.
Wall work is 100% done, with smooth gypsum plaster finishing completed till the 27th floor.
Concealed plumbing lines are also finished up to the 27th floor.
Door frames are already in place till the 27th floor, and door hardware installation (locks, handles, etc.) is now in progress.
Windows are 50% installed, with balance work ongoing.
Tiling work inside homes is completed, adding the final touches to the interiors.
Firefighting system installation is 100% done, and the Chief Fire Officer’s inspection is scheduled soon.
Lift installation is in progress, ensuring smooth connectivity across all floors.

The entire RCC structure is complete up to the 28th floor, including the terrace slab. Foundation, columns, and plinth work are also fully done.
Blockwork (internal walls) is complete till the 27th floor, shaping the homes across the tower.
Gypsum plastering is completed till the 27th floor, with the 28th floor currently in progress, giving walls a neat, finished look.
Flooring and kitchen platforms are in progress — tiling work is finished up to the 14th floor and ongoing on the 15th.
Waterproofing is done till the 21st floor, with work in progress from the 22nd to the 26th floor to protect the building long-term.
Plumbing (CPVC concealed lines) is fully completed, ensuring proper water supply and drainage.
Firefighting systems are installed till the 25th floor, with work ongoing on the 26th.
Lift installation is almost done, with the final brackets now being installed.
Staircase tiling is completed, and painting work across the tower is already 50% finished.
