FIT OUT QUERIES

Know the dos and don’ts of customising your apartment, obtaining approval for fit-out plans, and what to do if you notice any defects during the possession appointment.

DO’S

Ensure no work is carried out in common area, passages and staircase. Do not store any material, scrap or wastage in these common areas, these should be obstruction free. 

Intimate the Facility management team once the fit-out work is completed. They’ll inspect the

fit-out work and process the return of the security deposit.

Ensure no taps are open post completion of work daily. 

Ensure all the fire system is in working condition and the working team is aware of operation to mitigate fire in case of emergency. 

 

DON’TS

Structural, elevation, windows, shaft, etc is not permitted except minor civil change with prior approval of structural engineer or SRPL. 

Fitting a window grill on the exterior side of the building is not allowed.

Installing a window AC unit is not permitted. Split AC’s can only be installed in the designated areas as directed by the facilities team.

Submit your fit-out plans to our architect or facility team for approval. You can even reach out to our facility team to schedule a meeting between the facility team and your interior designer.
All fit-out work is to be done between 9 AM and 7.30 PM. Fit-out work on weekends and public holidays is not allowed. If society has been formed, the rules will be applicable as per the approval of managing committee.
All civil modification work is permitted unless it causes any structural damage or changes in the exterior facade. You can submit the drawings for the proposed civil work to the facility manager which the architectural team will vet before you go ahead.

Moving in queries

Know the important steps to take upon moving in, including key and access card verification, meeting neighbours, and availing additional customization features.

Yes, the community has designated visitor parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each flat that has purchased a designated car parking spot can use that spot. For two-wheelers and residents without a designated car parking spot, you can use the open parking area available to all residents. Please contact the facility office if you need any further assistance.

To streamline the process of ongoing customisations, you can access this Google Link to submit your preferences. Available customisations include installing a gas detector and an invisible grill.

Upon registering your preferences, the details will be automatically shared with the respective vendor, who will take over the customisation process. This system also allows us to keep track of your preferences, helping us cater to your future needs and preferences. Community Guidelines and Policies

Know the important guidelines about community living, covering aspects such as noise regulations, waste segregation, pet policies, and booking facilities.

We advise residents to maintain a peaceful environment and keep noise levels to a minimum post 11 PM.

You have to submit the following documents to process access for your maid:

  • Authorization letter

  • Residential proof of maid (Aadhar card/ration card.

However, each society has different rules, so to know your society’s exact rules and procedures, you can contact your society manager.

Yes, you have to keep dry and wet waste separately. At Nexzone, we are committed to promoting sustainable living practices. That’s why we have installed Organic Waste Converters (OWC) in all the wings at Nexzone. OWC converts organic waste into nutrient-rich compost. 

  • Reduces carbon footprint
  • Saves money and resources by reducing the need for chemical fertilizers and minimizing transportation costs associated with waste disposal.

To effectively use the OWCs, you can do the following:

  • Properly segregate your organic waste from other types of waste
  • Dispose of the segregated organic waste into the OWCs bins located in your wings. 

Together, we can contribute to keeping Nexzone’s promises clean and green.

Yes. The garbage will be collected from your flat between 9:30 AM and 11:00 am.

You can freely cook non-vegetarian food in your home. There are no restrictions to it. However, please remember that you should not eat or carry it in the common amenities such as clubhouse, lobby, garden, etc.

You can book the common event amenities by submitting a request form to the facility office. 

Mention the date, time, and purpose of the event. Bookings are subject to availability and charges may apply for certain facilities/events.

Yes, Nexzone is a pet-friendly community. However please ensure ensure they are always on a leash in common areas. Clean up after your pets.

We have a security guard for each tower and a common security team that monitors the main gate and the entire premises. Additionally, there is 24-hour CCTV surveillance. Some societies in Nexzone have also implemented access control via apps like MyGate or Anacity. You can check with your respective society manager.

Yes, but guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times and adhere to the facility rules. There are guest charges applicable for certain amenities.

No. The majority of the events are free for residents. Some special events may have a nominal fee to cover costs.

At Nexzone, we celebrate almost all the festivals like Holi, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Christmas and many more with great energy and enthusiasm. Additionally, there are various fun events organised like Popup Bazaar or Box Cricket Tournament that entertain the residents and foster bonding among them.

Flat Resale/Rent

Understand the process of selling or renting out your flat, including guidelines, charges, and permissions required from the society office.

If you rent your flat, you have to pay non-occupancy charges. This charge amounts to 10% of maintenance charges every month.

Yes, you must inform the society office, complete the necessary paperwork, pay the non-occupancy charges and also ensure that the tenants adhere to the community guidelines.

You will need to provide proof of ownership, the sale agreement, and any other documents required by the society office to facilitate the transfer of ownership.

You have to give a letter of authorization to the Facility Manager. And builder NOC required.

to 6 pm.

You can form a society after more than 51% of possession is given away. Our facility manager on site can help and guide with the process.

We had collected 12 months of ad-hoc maintenance advance and 12 months of ad-hoc maintenance deposit. The deposit will be transferred to society and advance maintenance will be adjusted against 1 year of billing.
