PHASE 1
ZENITH, ZODIAC, ACRUX, ALTIS, ATLAS, ATRIA, AURA, AVIOR, ION, VEGA, TRITON, VEGA
ANTILIA
Superstructure RCC work completed up to terrace slab.
Block work 100% completed, flat flooring work completed till 30th floor.
Gypsum & Cement plaster from 1st to 30th floor completed.
MS railing work 100% done, and door/shutter polishing and window rough ground in progress across multiple floors
Waterproofing up to the 30th floor, kitchen platform work up to the 30th floor, and fire fighting installation 100% completed.
External painting work 85% completed
Lift work 75% completed
PHASE 2
CEDAR
Superstructure RCC 28th slab completed
Ground to 28th floor RCC structure complete
Blockwork, flooring and plastering up to the 27th floor are finished.
Internal plumbing and kitchen platform completed till the 27th floor
External Painting work completed.
Lift installation is 75% complete, fire fighting system installed.
Terrace water proofing work completed .

RCC work completed
Superstructure RCC slab completed
Waterproofing done up to 27th floor
Block work 100% completed for floors 1st to 27th
Concealed plumbing finished up to the 27th floor.
Staircase flooring completed till 27th floor.

Superstructure RCC 28th floor slab completed
Superstructure RCC completed up to the 28th floor, including foundation and plinth slab.
Ground floor work is fully completed.
Flat flooring completed till 26th floor .

Concealed plumbing finished till the 27th floor

Door frame work completed till 26th floor.

The timelines for upcoming milestones mentioned above are tentative & only provided to enable better cash flow planning for customers. Actual timelines may vary as per site conditions and/or time taken to obtain approvals from relevant authorities.
