Substructure RCC Work	100 % completed.
Superstructure RCC Work	Terrace slab completed.
Shop Finishing	Flooring, Skirting, Gypsum plaster, Cement plaster, Block work 100 % completed.
Common Area Finishing	Block work completed till 17th floor. Water proofing completed till 16th floor. DG set installation work completed Fire fighting work completed. Lift 1 ,2 & 3 commissioning is done & Lift 4 work in progress . Entrance lobby flooring ,dodo & facade work 100% completed. Gypsum work completed till 17th floor .
