- Club Nex shall open at 6:00 AM and shall ordinarily close at 10:00 PM. The usage of facilities shall be available to the members during specified hours and subject to such conditions as the Club Management may decide from time to time.
- The Club Management reserves the right to alter the operating hours and / or charges of the various services / facilities and/or change the rules & regulations from time to time, without prior notice. All members are requested to make proper entry in the register/software application/submit Identity Card at the Club Reception. Entry in the Club
- without Identification will be restricted.
- Resident’s staff will not be allowed to access to Club amenities / facilities unless accompanied by Member. However Resident’s staff accompanying the residents will not be allowed to USE Club Facilities.
- The Club Management can demand Identification details of any member, while using any facility / services in the Club . In case of non-production of the Identity Card, the Club Management has an absolute right to prevent/suspend the person from using any of the facilities/ services.
- All members are requested to maintain discipline and abide by the Club rules and pay such charges that will be informed by the Club Management for using Club facilities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Club premises and will be as per the prevailing rules and regulations of State and Central Government.
- Smoking is per mitted only at the demarcated area as shown on attached plan.
- All members are responsible for their belongings and their valuables. Any loss will be solely at the member’s risk The Club management does not take any responsibility for such loss/ thefts/ misplacements, etc.
- Permanently residing members have to submit the KYC form, with attached passport size photographs of the family members to the Club .
- Only permanent residents will be eligible for membership to Club . People staying on rent/leave and license should submit a letter of consent from the apartment owner for using the Club facilities, along with their proof with identity and permanent residence and two photographs.
- When such letter of consent is given by the apartment owner, the said apartment owner has to suspend his/her/ their rights to use the Club facilities, till such time Licensee or tenant may use the Club facilities at applicable charges. (The additional charges will be as per attached price list) The Licensee/tenant shall submit and furnish such documents and pay such charges, as may be called upon by the Club Management. The Apartment owner will be responsible for the conduct and usage charge of the Club by the licensees/ tenants.
- Guests will be permitted only when accompanied with the Member, subject to the payment of guest charges, as may be advised from time to time. The Member will be responsible for their guest’s behavior.
- Any damage to the Club facilities has to be reimbursed/ appropriately paid by the Member who has damaged it and till such time his Membership will be suspended. Any member who is in arrears of payment of the maintenance, subscription charges of the Club , CAM charges & Property tax for a period of 90 days, the management shall after giving notice of 15 days to discharge the said liability can terminate the entry of the said member who fails to discharge the same, without further notice.
- The member, whose entry has been terminated by the management on any account, shall not be entitled to use the Club facilities.
- The Members will be availing and using the Club facilities at their own will & risk. The Club Management shall not be responsible for any injury minor or major caused to any Member at any situation, during the use of any of the Club facilities or in the Club premises.
- Members shall not give any gratuity or money to any employee of the Club , unless authorized by the Club Management.
- No Club asset shall be taken out of the Club premises. No food or drinks may be brought into any part of the premises except Banquet hall for authorized Events. Food or refreshments may be consumed in designated areas as per the approval by the Club management. All bags, baskets and coolers are subject to inspection. No grills, gas or electric cooking devices may be brought into the any Club premises with out Club Management approval.
- There will be shut down period for cleaning and maintenance of Club facilities and the same will be informed in advance.

Please note that for all owners who have opted for clubhouse membership, the billing of club usage charges, which has been collected at the time of possession, will start from 1st April, 2024.

Gymnasium and studio
We’ve built a world-class gym at Nexzone in consultation with fitness experts, with top-notch equipment from Life Fitness – a leading fitness brand, and highly trainer certified gym trainers.
Personal training sessions are now available. The rates for personal training are as follows
Zumba and yoga classes are set to commence in the studio space. Please contact the club manager for details
- Timings: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday 7am to 9pm
Sunday 10am to 5pm - Club is a NO SMOKING ZONE.
- Good etiquette, proper attire, decorum and consideration of the rights and comforts of others must be observed at all times
- The Club Management will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to any personal property of the Member or their Guests.
- Kindly carry separate pair of unsoiled Training shoes for the gym.
- All members should carry their napkin/towels/water bottles and preferably use body spray. Kindly wipe sweat off the benches/machines after usage.
- Use the equipments in the gym carefully and in consultation with the Gym instructors.
- Except otherwise provided, Members shall use the Gymnasium
- on ‘first come first serve’ basis.
- Members using gym equipment are requested to keep the instruments (dumbbell, plates or mats) at their designated place.
- Any damage to the equipments has to be appropriately paid for by the member who damages it.
- Every Member and/or their guests (if any) before using shall sign in the register/software application maintained at the Gymnasium.
- All members/guest shall use the Gymnasium at their own risk.
- Due personal training charges shall be applicable on package of Personal training opted for.
- Children below 14 years are not permitted to use the Gymnasium.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol, smoking, stimulants, tranquilizers or strong medications will be prohibited from using the facility.
- Pregnant women, people over 60 years and people with medical ailments should take clearance from the physician before using the facility. (Submit the same to Club Manager once in six months and for people over 60years yearly)
- Members with hypertension / skin diseases / sinus / asthma / cardiac problems / sensitive skin /diabetes should take doctors approval or provide the certificate before usage of the gym.
- Group classes
The Gym to engage & motive its members will have multiple calendared group classes Zumba, Yoga, functional training, HIIT etc: - Fee for the classes will be applicable based on group size & sign ups
- For a class to be regularly held minimum of 5 participants are mandatory
- Group Class time table shall be changed from time to time
- All group class instructors shall be onboarded only by Club Management
- All Classes will have a maximum capacity of participants & the slot will be booked 15mins in advance in person at the club reception
Indoor Games
Our game room features carrom, table tennis, chess, board games, card games and a video game zone.

- The games room will be open from 10.00 am to 8.00pm
- Children below 16 are not permitted to use the pool table or video games without adult supervision
- Please treat the equipment and games with care.
- Please return all equipment to the games attendant. You will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment.
Swimming Pool
We have partnered with Rupali Repale swimming academy to offer swimming classes at Marathon Nexzone for adults and kids. Please contact the club manager for details.
- Timings: Tuesday To Saturday 06:00 am to 11:00 am & 04:00 pm to 08:00 pmSundays 7am to 11am & 3pm to 8pmPool will be closed for maintenance on every MONDAY of the week.
- The following rules and regulations have been established for the benefit of all Users of the Condominium facilities/ to ensure the safe operation of the Pools and to provide enjoyable recreational opportunities for all, members (and their guests) are requested to cooperate in observing these rules and to obey the instructions of the pool staff. Patrons violating swimming rules are subject to the revocation of their swimming privileges. No refunds will be given.
- All members and their guests may use the pool at their own risk.
- Every Member and/or their guests (if any) before swimming shall sign the register/software application maintained for such purpose
- Fees and charges for guests, for using the pool, is as per charges as may be applicable and advised from time to time
- Diving in the pool or running around the pool area is strictly prohibited. (It is dangerous and life threatening to dive in shallow pools).
- Members are advised, not to use swimming pool for more than an hour in the chlorinated water.
- Access to Swimming pool/Jacuzzi/Aqua fit for changing is from the back door of Club at all times
- Swimming after consumption of alcohol is strictly not permitted. Eating, drinking, smoking, pan chewing and spitting are not permitted in the swimming pool area.
- Shower is compulsory before entering the pool.
- Members with hypertension/skin diseases/ sinus/ asthma/ cardiac problems/sensitive skin/sugar imbalance should take doctors permission to use pool. Senior citizen should take doctors approval/ Fitness Certificate before use of pool.
- Any adult or child who is experiencing even a mild case of diarrhea may not use the pool. Persons with diarrhea should wait two weeks after symptoms end before returning to the pool. Pathogens of concern may still be shed up to two weeks following the end of symptoms.
- Any person having a skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharge, communicable disease or who is wearing any kind of bandage or Band-Aid to cover an open (unhealed) wound will not be permitted in the pool.
- Infants/children who are not toilet trained and adults who are incontinent, who wish to enter any pool, must wear a diaper or disposable swim diaper covered by separate rubber/vinyl pants, all of which must fit snugly around the legs and waist. If the diaper becomes soiled, the person must exit the pool immediately and may retu rn only after he/she has taken or been given a soap shower and has been covered by a new diaper with clean rubber/vinyl pants.
- Members with long hair should wear swimming caps. Shower caps are not permitted. Members using swimming pool should wea r proper swimming costumes.
- Members should enter the swimming pool area bare feet only.
- Children below 12 years will not be allowed in the adult pool. Children below 12 years should be accompanied by guide/parents, for their conduct and safety and any mishap or injury will not be responsibility of the Property Management.
- Non-swimmers are not allowed in the pool without appropriate floats. Members should not enter pool area during cleaning/ maintenance or when closed.
- Members shall not spit and discharge water in the swimming pool.
- – Any injury occurring in the pool must be reported to Club Manager
- /Pool attendant immediately.
- The Members shall be responsible for themselves and their guests for the use of swimming pool and shall be responsible for any injury minor or major caused to any Member or their guests and the Club Management is not responsible for the same.
- Every person shall follow and abide by the general rules of hygiene.
- Lockers facilities available for Members. (Members can collect the Key from The Reception by registering his/her name in the register.)
- Locker Keys have to be returned back before leaving the Club .
- Club Staff/Pool attendant have the authority to enforce all pool rules. Patrons who repeatedly violate the rules or reasonable requests of staff may be barred from the using the facility.
- Socializing with or distracting pool staff is prohibited.
- No person within the pool area shall behave in such a manner so as to jeopardize the safety and health of him / her and others. Such behavior, including abusive or profane language, shall be grounds for expulsion.
- Loitering will not be permitted on the pool ground or within any of its facilities.
- Running, boisterous or rough play, pushing, acrobatics, dunking, wrestling, splashing, yelling, diving or jumping, improper conduct causing undue disturbances on or about the pool area or any acts which would endanger or inconvenience any patron are prohibited.
- Spitting, spouting water, blowing nose, urinating or defecating in the pool is prohibited. No prolonged underwater swimming for time and/or distance.
- Competitive or repetitive breath holding can be deadly and is not permitted. Hyperventilation is absolutely not permitted.
- Gum chewing is not permitted anywhere in the pool area for health and safety reasons.
- Leave valuables at home. The Pool Department is not responsible for personal property or valuables at any time. Lost & Found will be disposed of weekly. Valuables may not be checked with the pool staff.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool complex or in the surrounding area. If a patron with a disability needs special accommodation to use the pool complex, please contact the Club Manager. Any injury occurring in the pool area must be reported to the Club Manager immediately.
- Swim toys & balls may be used at the discretion of the Club Manager on duty.
- Inner tubes, inflatable boats and rafts or inflatable bathing suits are not permitted in the pools.
- Water wings (“swimmiest”) may not be worn. No back floats, bubbles, rings (including those built into bathing suits) or one sided floatation devices are permitted. Face masks and snorkels may not be used except during approved instructional programs. Goggles are permitted.
