Update 17/3/2020

Here are some measures we have implemented at our offices to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Sanitized offices – All our offices and premises are being regularly sanitized. High contact services like lobbies, lifts – door handles, buttons, tables, reception desk etc are sanitized multiple times daily with disinfectant. Employees have been trained on handwashing and sanitizing protocols. Only essential personnel will be present in our offices.

Screening – We have started screening employees, visitors, customers and our labour force using infrared thermometers to test for fever. Anyone exhibiting any symptoms is barred from entering. The screening will be scaled across sites in the next few days. Please do cooperate with our staff for these checks.

Free Pick up & Drop – We are providing free pick up & drop services from your home/work location to visit our sales offices so that you can avoid congested public transport. Please contact our sales team for scheduling a pickup or drop.

Virtual tours, out-of-office presentations and video calls – In case you would like to learn more about the project but do not want to visit at the moment, you can visit our website marathon.in for detailed information on all our projects. We also have virtual tours of our project and show flats available. You can even request for a presentation from a sales person outside offices premises. Contact our presales team for scheduling such meetings.

Customers and visitors are requested to cooperate with our team for checks and also follow hygiene protocols like hand-washing and use of sanitizer. If you have any symptoms of illness, please refrain from visiting.

SANITIZED FACILITIES

Our housekeeping staff has been trained to sanitize and disinfect high contact surfaces like lift buttons, door knobs etc.

We will be temporarily shutting gyms, indoor games room and swimming pools on-premises. Other group activities like house-warming ceremonies, parties etc will also not be permitted during this period.

We will be providing infrared thermometers wherever possible at the lobby for checking residents, staff and visitors.

Main lobby doors will be open and biometric and fingerprint sensors will be disabled temporarily.

Couriers and parcels will be collected at the security. Please coordinate with the security to collect packages. Delivery persons will not be allowed inside the premises.

We have created an internal Standard Operating Procedure in case of an outbreak. You can view it here.
