Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end customer interaction post sales to possession handover.
- To build a relationship with customers, and solve all their queries and doubts.
- To handle overbearing/challenging customers with ease.
- To raise all demands based on the payment milestones, record all the receipts and do regular payment follow ups.
- Timely reminders and documentation compliance in case of non payment.
- Should be able to prepare all critical documents like agreement for sale, NOC, possession letter, and other legal documents with accuracy.
- Should be aware of the registration process and relevant government regulation updates.
- Coordinating with bankers for customer disbursements.
Required Candidate profile
- Good communication skills – English, Hindi & Marathi
- 3-4 years of experience in customer relation management role from real estate industry
- We are open to see Freshers and candidates from other industry also
- Willing to work on Weekends (1 day week off in a week)

4,50,000 – 6,00,000 P.a
