  • Executive / Sr Executive - Sales (Location - Panvel)
    Responsibilities :
    • Responsible for generating sales with project-specific inquiries.
    • Handle Walk in Customers and take follows up.
    • Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
    • Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
    • Reaching the targets and goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
    • Should be good with his/her presentation skills and communication skills
    • Should be a proactive, available at all times to solve issues and should be provide creative solutions to complex problems
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    • Knowledge of excel, organized at maintaining MIS
    • Any Graduate
    • Should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate preferably with Category A developers
  • Assistant Manager - Contracts (Compliance)
    Responsibilities :
    • Cycle time on monthly basis - visit the sites, Meeting with Site Engineers, Contractors, Safety Officer
    • Completion of Compliance from all sites Contractors, Follow up with contractor for PF, ESIC, PT, Muster, Salary Register, Labour License and BOCW and Contract Labour Act (R & A) - RC
    • Do the registration of all sites Contractors and BOCW RC, Preparing and sending the Registration forms and relevant documents to the Labour consultant
    • Preparation of Contractors MIS under Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Preparing and updating Contractors MIS including all sites contractors
    • Compliance awareness to the sites contractors, Meeting with sites contractors
    • Resolve queries related to Statutory Compliance and Labour Laws, Interact with Contract Department
    • Attending Internal and External Audit (OSHAS), Attending the Audits and closing NC (if any)
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    • Any Graduate
    • 3 to 5 yrs Experience in HR Compliance and Real Estate Industry
  • Quality Engineer / Assistant Manager Quality (Location Panvel)
    Responsibilities :
    • Material Testing
    • Mix Design upto M80 Grade and Calculation
    • Concrete Pumping in High rise building
    • RCC and Finishing Knowledge
    • SAP/ERP
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    • Qualification : BE Civil
    • minimum 5 years experience into quality department of real estate company, highrise project.
    • Knowledge of SAP/ERP required.
  • Executive / Senior Executive Contracts
    Responsibilities :
    • Preparation of contract documents and work order
    • Preparation of rate analysis
    • Preparation of comparison statement with respect to budgeted cost
    • Negotiation with contractor
    • Experience of finalizing contracts of civil, finishing, services and infrastructure works
    • Knowledge of FIDIC terms, GCC and SCC
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    • Qualification : BE Civil
    • minimum 3 years experience into contracts from construction or real estate company
