How it works

You can avail a personal loan from our loan partner HomeCapital towards the stamp duty cost on your apartment. This facility is available at zero cost or at a nominal additional fee, depending on the loan amount. The fee, if applicable, will be added to your apartment cost.

Maximum loan amount – Lesser of stamp duty amount or 50% of total downpayment
Maximum tenor – 12 months
Available at – Neohomes, Nexzone, Nextown and Nexworld

You need to simply share a few basic details like your name, PAN and Aadhar card, and salary details with our sales team. Loan pre-approval by HomeCapital typically takes less than one day.

The loan will be disbursed directly to Marathon and utilized towards stamp duty payment only.

The registration of the Agreement for Sale and the first disbursal of the home loan needs to be done within a maximum of 30 days of HomeCapital loan disbursal.

  • This facility is available for our projects NeoHomes, Nexzone, Nextown and Nexworld.
  • Loan sanction and disbursal is subject to approval by HomeCapital.
  • Disbursal of the loan will be done directly to Marathon Group and only utilized towards stamp duty payment
  • The customer needs to register the agreement and ensure the disbursal of the first instalment from the bank within a maximum of 30 days from disbursal of HomeCapital facility. Any further delay may impact home loan eligibility and disbursal.
  • Please note that the HomeCapital facility will reflect in your CIBIL record and may lead to a decrease in your home loan eligibility. Neither Marathon Group nor HomeCapital will be liable for any reduction in home loan eligibility due to the downpayment assistance facility. Please check with your home loan bankers before proceeding with this facility to ensure smooth disbursal of your home loan.
  • In the event of cancellation, the forfeiture clause as mentioned in the booking request form will be applicable.
  • The facility is provided by HomeCapital, a 3rd party vendor of Marathon Group. Marathon Group bears no responsibility or liability with respect to this product.
  • This facility may be withdrawn without prior notice at the discretion of the Developer.
