The aerocity will have a central command-and-control operation for managing all the utilities. Roads will not be dug and the utilities will be laid through tunnels. The land acquisition for this project is complete.

As of June 2022, CIDCO has landed over the 2,866 acres of land to Adani Enterprises. The work is proceeding as per the scheduled timelines and the project seems on track.
