Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end to end customer interaction post sales to possession handover.
  • To build a relationship with customers, and solve all their queries and doubts.
  • To handle overbearing/challenging customers with ease.
  • To raise all demands based on the payment milestones, record all the receipts and do regular payment follow ups.
  • Timely reminders and documentation compliance in case of non payment.
  • Should be able to prepare all critical documents like agreement for sale, NOC, possession letter, and other legal documents with accuracy.
  • Should be aware of the registration process and relevant government regulation updates.
  • Coordinating with bankers for customer disbursements.

Required Candidate profile

  • Good communication skills – English, Hindi & Marathi
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer relation management role from real estate industry
  • We are open to see Freshers and candidates from other industry also
  • Willing to work on Weekends (1 day week off in a week)
