Dombivli’s Tallest Towers by Marathon Group Receive Occupation Certificate

Marathon Group is thrilled to announce the receipt of the Occupation Certificate (OC) for Aura and Elara, the tallest towers in Dombivli, at its township project Marathon Nexworld. The iconic towers which are 36 storeys tall have received an occupation certificate till the 35th floor and over 650 homeowners are set to receive possession of their flats soon. The landmark towers, featuring a revolutionary stepping and curving glass facade, are true architectural marvels that will surely define the region’s skyline for years to come.

Marathon Nexworld is designed by Marathon’s innovative in-house design team, led by Parmeet Shah, a Director at Marathon Group. The project is packed with incredible design innovations like the wide living room – a 20+ foot wide floor-to-ceiling window in the 1 BHK premium and 2 BHK homes. The towers feature 1 BHK, 1 BHK premium and 2 BHK apartments with premium finishes like vanity counters, floor-to-ceiling windows with custom-built window sections in all the living spaces and lots more.
A unique feature of the homes is the massive windows that overlook gorgeous green surrounds.
“We believe views are incredibly important and that plenty of natural light and good views elevate the experience of a home to a whole new level. Right from the master plan to the shape and orientation of each tower and room, we’ve designed every home at Nexworld to maximise natural light and views. We were very fortunate that the surrounds of our plot feature lush greenery.”
Nexworld enjoys unparalleled railway connectivity and excellent road connectivity. Located off Kalyan-Shil road, it is 12 minutes from Diva station and 18 minutes from Dombivli railway station. Even the Mumbai Metro Line 12 which runs from Taloja to Kalyan is close to Nexworld.
