Marathon Group resumes apartment registrations

It brings us great pleasure to resume registration processes for your booked homes as per latest guidelines released by the Maharashtra Government. These permissions come with a set of rules and restrictions for customer safety that have been incorporated across all our sites. You can learn more about the guidelines here.

Customer safety is of utmost importance to us and we have taken numerous steps to ensure that all related communities such as employees, site personnel, construction workers are protected during these tough times.

The Registration Process

Here’s how we ensure the safe registration of your dream home.

Pay stamp duty and registration fee online and send your transaction details by email to your relationship manager or email us at [email protected]

Further to your request, our relationship manager will contact you with details for the next steps of registration.

Thereafter, a token will be applied for at the registration office with your confirmation for a suitable time and date.

On the scheduled date, a pickup and drop vehicle will be arranged till the registration office to ensure your safety during the commute with additional masks, sanitizer and hand safety gloves for your needs. This visit to the registration office will conclude the process.

Additional Precautions

We encourage customers to pay their stamp duty and registration fee via online transactions or cheque deposits at their nearest branch for a touchless process. Receipt for the same shall be delivered online itself making the process safe and secure.

You will be emailed the agreement copy for consent so as to avoid in person contact.

We ensure all staff and employees have a regular supply of hand gloves, masks and sanitizers with regular disinfection of office spaces.

Sanitizers are also available at all receptions so that no one enters without being disinfected.

Agreement, demand and other related documents will be directly handed over to the banker in case the customer chooses to avail a loan.

For seamless services during lockdown we are always available on phone and email from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
