Nexzone has received complete Occupation Certificate (OC) for the first two towers (Zenith & Zodiac) up to the top floor. This marks a major milestone as the towers were delivered 3 months before the RERA timelines.

In addition to this, Nexzone has also received the OC for the 5th tower(Acrux) till 24th floor. Now Nexzone has complete OC for the first 2 towers & part OC for the next 3 (till 24th floor). In all, more than 1000 flats have received OC at Nexzone.

The social infrastructure at Panvel has evolved systematically and most facilities are available within walking distance. Unlike most metros, distance can be calculated in minutes rather than hours here. With schools & colleges like DPS, Ryan International, DAV Public school, Pillai College, Amity University etc within a 7km radius, the area is coming up as an education hub in a big way.

Panvel also offers a thriving nightlife with plenty of go-to places specially around Khargar & CBD, merely 30 minutes away. Many famous Dhabas like Ekveera, Sai deep & Jay Malhar are regular hopping places for many Panvel residents.



Nexzone is perhaps the most future proof location in all of Mumbai. With tons of infrastructure projects like the Navi Mumbai airport, the Mumbai Trans Harbor Sea Link (MTHL), the Navi Mumbai metro expansion etc, Panvel is set to redefine the boundaries of the city.



CIDCO in consultation with DMRC has finalised 4 metro lines to connect all of Navi Mumbai, including connection to the upcoming Navi Mumbai Airport.

Latest Update: 11 km stretch of line 1 connecting Belapur to Pendhar in Taloja is in its final stages. New Coaches for this line has already been procured & recently CM Shree Devendra Fadnavis flagged of a test run on this line. It is set to be operational by mid 2020.

Nexzone is located just 10 mins from the upcoming Navi Mumbai airport. This is the biggest infrastructure project in the whole area.

Latest Update: Recently the engineering, procurement and construction contract to build the Navi Mumbai airport has been awarded to L&T Construction. The Rs 16,000 crore project is being developed under the public-private-partnership (PPP) model between GVK group and CIDCO on a develop-build-finance-operate-transfer (DBFOT) basis. Eighty per cent of the work related to the land development has already been done & most of the facility and infrastructure work are also in full swing. The airport is set to become operational by late 2020.

MTHL (Mumbai trans Harbor

The 22 km long bridge will be the gateway to Navi Mumbai & connect Sewri to Nhava sea port, Mumbai-Pune Expressway & Mumbai-Goa Highway.

Latest update: MMRDA has confirmed that around 20 per cent of the project work has already been completed & MTHL will be completed 6months ahead of schedule.

370 sq km area around the new airport has been declared as Navi Mumbai airport influence notified area (NAINA). This demarcates hubs for agro farming, education, trade, information technology, medical treatment etc. in the area. This will change the face of the entire region around Nexzone.

Latest Update: Shree Devendra Fadnavis government gave a go ahead to the development plan (DP) for NAINA – now called MahaMumbai.

We have come a long way from when we conceptualised Nexzone. Today, Nexzone has a thriving community of more than 100 families. With more than 2200+ customers, and OC for over 1000 apartments, this number will keep going up every month.

Developments at Nexzone so far:

Pest Control and Sanitization of water puddles during monsoon season is done every 2 weeks.

My gate – An application for facility management is in the process of implementation for Altis and Avior wings of the project. This will help you grant access to your visitors, or raise any facility related issue in the click of a button.

Environment friendly initiatives – Marathon group aims to make Marathon Nexzone a zero waste society. At Nexzone, we recycle roughly 30 kgs of wet waste per day being. This waste is being converted into manure in the Organic waste converter machine installed in project. Roughly 250 kg of plastic from Nexzone was donated to Athak Foundation recently for further reuse.

Waste segregation into dry & wet waste is an integral part of this process.I urge all residents to kindly segregate their waste into wet & dry so that it is easier for us to achieve a zero waste society. Let us all take a pledge to make a better tomorrow.



Nexzone fosters a very warm living environment for its residents. Over the past year, more & more people have started moving into their apartments at Nexzone. Currently around 100 families reside here.
