The revolutionary new mega-township, Marathon Nexworld will be developed in several phases. We’ve currently launched two majestic skyscrapers in Phase I – Aura and Elara.

Blockwork completed till 19th floor
Plumbing Conceal work completed upto 8th Floor
Gypsum work completed upto 12th Floor
Water proofing completed upto 10th Floor. Brickbat completed till 8th floor
Electrical Conceal Work in block work completed upto 16th Floor
Door Frame fixing work completed upto 4th Floor
Window rough ground marble fixing completed upto 10th Floor
Window sill fixing , completed upto 5th floor
Kitchen Platform fixing completed upto 1st Floor. WIP on 2nd floor.
