Welcome to the inaugural edition of The Futurex Focus, our community newsletter designed to keep you updated about the latest happenings and updates in the Futurex premises.

Facility Updates

Take a look at the recent facility updates at Futurex, aimed at providing a better working environment.

• Facade glass cleaning to ensure a clean exterior. 
• Training session conducted for the internal facility team on how to use the fire extinguisher
• Thermal fogging and pest control treatment were carried out in the basement area to maintain a pest-free environment. 
• Upholding our commitment to eco-friendly operations, a green seal chemical training was conducted for the internal facility team, guiding them to follow sustainable practices in day-to-day operations.
• A training session was conducted for our liftmen to ensure the safety of clients during emergencies.

Festival Celebrations

The main lobby area of Futurex was adorned with festive vibes during Diwali and Christmas, courtesy of our in-house facility team. 

Knowledge Byte – Elevator Safety

At Futurex, your safety is our foremost priority, especially with elevator usage. Here’s how we adhere to all installation norms and ensure the safety of elevators within our premises.

Automatic Rescue Device
Ever wondered what happens when a power cut leaves an elevator stranded between floors? This is where the role of Automatic Rescue Device is crucial. This device, equipped with an internal auxiliary power source, brings the lift to the nearest level, allowing trapped passengers to evacuate safely. The ARD complies with safety requirements and operates at a reduced speed.

Government Mandate: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
To ensure elevator safety, we have an annual maintenance contract with the respective Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for all our elevators at the Futurex premises.

Fire Fighting Lift Essentials
Our firefighting lifts are equipped with the following features:
• A secondary backup power supply for continuous operation during power failures.
• Advanced lift control and communication systems.

While these lifts serve as convenient passenger lifts during normal times, their ability to switch into firefighting mode is crucial for emergencies. At Futurex, we are quite particular about the usage of these lifts. 

Elevator safety for us is a critical aspect of security at Futurex. Understanding the nuances of our safety measures ensures a safe experience every time you use an elevator in Futurex.
