Facility Updates

Preventive Maintenance Activities

• Preventive maintenance of transformer, elevators and electrical panels has been completed.
• HVAC units have undergone preventive maintenance work for optimal performance.
• Preventive maintenance for the firefighting system has been completed.
  

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Facade glass cleaning to ensure a clean exterior. 
• Marble polishing in the lobby area has been completed at the site. 
• Cleaning and polishing of the picture wall in the lobby area have been carried out on-site.
• Deep cleaning of the garden area has been conducted on-site to maintain a pleasant outdoor environment.
• Maintenance work on electrical bus risers has been performed at the site. 

Knowledge Byte – Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) System

At Futurex, we are committed to implementing cutting-edge technologies that provide comfort and also improve energy efficiency. One such innovation we have incorporated into our facility is the VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) system. 

• The VRV system operates on the principle of circulating only the minimum amount of refrigerant necessary at any given time. This approach ensures precise climate control while also minimizing energy consumption. 
• What sets VRV apart is its ability to provide individualized climate control for different zones within a building. This means that occupants can customize their environment according to their preferences. 
• By incorporating VRV systems, we at Futurex not only prioritize the comfort of our clients but also demonstrate our commitment to sustainable practices.
