The Nexzone Bulletin – February Edition

Welcome to the inaugural edition of The Nexzone Bulletin, our community newsletter designed to keep you updated about the latest happenings, festivities and updates within our community. 

In this inaugural newsletter, we share glimpses of past celebrations at Nexzone, facility updates, and a resident spotlight.

Festival Celebrations

The last quarter at Nexzone was filled with joy and extravaganza. Our community came together to celebrate all the festivals. The energetic Garba night during Navratri, the devotional Durga Pooja, the grand Diwali celebration, the fun-filled Christmas carnival and the patriotic spirit displayed during the Republic Day celebration.

The cultural committee also organised Bhajan Sandhya on 22nd January 2024 on the eve of Ram Mandir’s inauguration in Ayodhya. 

Nexzone residents also came together for a carnival-like experience at the Panvel Popup Bazaar event held within the township in the first week of February. A variety of food, shopping experiences, games and music truly made it a memorable experience.

Here’s a sneak peek into the joy we shared, making every moment a celebration at Nexzone.

Facility Updates

Fire fighting and fire protection systems were handed over to both the societies, Ion and Vega. 

Monthly operational testing of the fire fighting system, conducted in collaboration with society plumbers and electricians. 

Repair and tightening work on the equipment in the Podium kids’ play area has been completed, providing a safe and enjoyable space for children.

Sewage Treatment Plant – 1 modification is in progress.

AC servicing was completed in the facility office. 

Cleaning of swimming pool and surrounding area before commencing the operation. 

STP-1 and STP-2 plant room deep cleaning done.

Training session for facility and housekeeping staff. 

Inauguration of indoor games facility for the residents. 

The Clubhouse membership biometric registration process is in progress.

Resident Spotlight – Mr Satish Atkari

Meet Mr Satish Atkari, a member of our Nexzone community residing in Vega – 2908. Satish shared with us his love for Nexzone and how it has transformed his lifestyle.

How has your daily routine changed since moving to Marathon Nexzone?
Shifting to Marathon Nexzone in April 2023 brought a refreshing change. The excellent climate, natural air, proper ventilation, and sunlight enhance our mornings, keeping us fresh and happy throughout the day.

What aspects of your daily life have been positively impacted by the amenities?
I and my family love the swimming pool facility at Nexzone. We use it daily and swimming has brought immense joy and happiness to our lives. 

How has Nexzone enhanced your work-life balance?
Unlike my previous residence where we faced water crises, things are better here. The 24/7 water supply at Nexzone has brought immense relief to us. It has improved the quality of our life. 

Describe regular community events influencing your living experience.
Festival celebrations are the best part of living in Nexzone. We have participated in various festivals like Republic Day, Independence Day, Ganpati and many others. All the family members enjoy the festive cheer at Nexzone.

Highlight features that exceeded your expectations.
I cherish the township experience at Nexzone as it fulfils all my requirements. Commuting to my office in Taloja takes just half an hour, thanks to the excellent connectivity. Living close to the Mumbai-Pune expressway ensures that my family and I reach our native place near Pune quickly. The amenities at Nexzone, such as the swimming pool, play areas, and fitness facilities, have exceeded our expectations.

Know Your Neighbourhood

The Mumbai-Trans Harbour Link or Atal Setu is now operational. PM Modi inaugurated this marvellous sea bridge on 12th January 2024. 

This bridge will benefit the Nexzone residents who commute to South Mumbai daily. It is just 15-20 minutes away from our township. You can now commute to South Mumbai in approximately 45 minutes.
