Marathon Realty is an intermediary in the agreement with the customer & Pine Labs for redemption of Referral & Loyalty benefits. For any issue in redemption & cancellation on the portal, Marathon group will not be liable.

A brand voucher once generated on the portal is non cancellable & non-extendable and Marathon Group will not be responsible for redressal of the same, or liable in any way

If the customer is opting for an item whose value is more than the gift voucher amount, the customer is liable to pay the extra amount for the said item and Marathon group will not be liable

Gift tax, if any, applicable at the point of sale is to be borne by the customer and Marathon Group is not liable for the same

In case of any query regarding the redemption of vouchers generated on the Portal, the customer has to contact Pine Perks customer support and Marathon group will not be responsible for redressal of any such queries.
