We use modern technology in all our projects to optimize energy usage. Our commercial spaces are equipped with double glazed windows which keep the spaces cool during the summers and are oriented to maximize natural light and ventilation while reducing energy consumption.

The usage of Low-E glasses causes a significant saving in AC costs as they are better at blocking the heat from the sun. We also use gearless drives in all our elevators, which saves energy cost in the long term. Also, we have sewage treatment plans in our projects that result in huge water savings.
